Partner program terms
Version September 18, 2026
These terms govern the Qoorvo International partner program at qoorvo.com. By applying, you confirm that you have read and accept them.
1. Commission
- A partner earns 20% of every subscription invoice actually paid by an account the partner referred, for up to 12 months from that account’s first payment, while the account keeps paying.
- The base is the amount Stripe collected on the invoice, in its currency. Discounts, credits, separately stated taxes and unpaid amounts are not part of the base.
- Each statement line is rounded to the smallest unit of its currency. No commission is due on months that were not paid.
- On a yearly plan, the commission is earned when the yearly payment is collected inside the window; nothing is advanced for periods that are not paid.
- Start and Pro subscriptions are eligible. Credit packs and custom plans are not.
2. Attribution
- Attribution is first click for 14 days: the first valid partner link a visitor opens is kept in that browser and later links do not replace it.
- The account must be created in the same browser within that period. Qoorvo does not match people across devices in hidden ways.
- Partners cannot refer themselves or accounts they control.
3. Hold, balance and payouts
- Each commission is held for 14 days after the payment before it can be paid. Later legitimate adjustments still apply.
- Balances are kept separately per currency. A payout is prepared once a balance reaches the minimum for its currency: BRL 50, MXN 200, COP 40,000, PEN 40, CLP 10,000, USD 10.
- Payouts are made by the Qoorvo team outside the product, by bank transfer or a payment service agreed with the partner by email, and recorded in the partner portal. There is no on-demand withdrawal and no automatic transfer.
- This version does not promise a fixed payout date or frequency.
4. Adjustments and negative balance
- A refund, dispute or chargeback reduces the related commission in proportion, with a new statement line. The original line is never deleted.
- If adjustments exceed the balance, the negative balance is kept and covered by future commissions.
5. Taxes
- Commissions are income of the partner. The partner is responsible for taxes and any invoicing their country requires, and Qoorvo may ask for documents before paying.
6. What a partner may not do
- Buy ads on the Qoorvo name or on confusing variations of it without written permission.
- Use cookie stuffing, misleading redirects or any other way of forcing attribution.
- Publish pages, profiles, ads or creatives that pass as Qoorvo.
- Send spam or buy incentivized traffic without permission.
- Make false claims about the product or its results.
- Manipulate identities, payments, refunds, disputes or accounts to create commissions.
7. Suspension
- Qoorvo may suspend a partnership and hold payouts while it reviews a possible breach. The history is kept and the partner can ask for a review.
8. Versions and leaving
- Your acceptance records the version and the server time. A material change requires a new acceptance.
- You can leave the program at any time from your portal. Leaving stops new commissions; what you already earned stays payable under these terms.
- Qoorvo may stop accepting new applications without changing balances already earned.
- Governing law and consumer rights follow the Qoorvo terms of service.
