Privacy policy

This policy explains how Qoorvo International handles data needed to operate the service in Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and Chile.
1. Data we process
We process email, name, WhatsApp number, country, credentials managed by Supabase, brand profile and voice, instructions, generated content, usage history, subscription status, and technical security identifiers. As proof of your acceptance we keep the date, the accepted versions, the browser and language reported at signup, and the IP address and browser of your first verified sign-in. If you arrived through a campaign link or from another website, we keep that campaign and that website. Qoorvo does not store full card numbers.
2. Why we use it
We use data to authenticate you, personalize and generate content, apply credits, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, resolve failures, answer requests, prove that these documents were accepted, and learn which channels bring people to Qoorvo. We do not sell personal data.
3. Service providers
Supabase hosts authentication and data; Vercel runs the application; OpenAI processes instructions needed to generate content; Google (Gemini) reads the public YouTube videos whose link you paste to import them; Inngest coordinates asynchronous jobs; Stripe processes payments and subscriptions; Resend sends authentication emails and receives support messages; Meta receives the advertising events described in section 7 when you arrive from an ad. Each provider receives only what its function requires. If you connect an AI app to your account through Qoorvo MCP (for example Claude or ChatGPT), that app receives the account information and content you ask it to read or create, under its own terms; you can disconnect it at any time on the Qoorvo MCP page.
4. International transfers
Providers may process data outside your country. We apply reasonable contractual and technical controls and limit access according to the service purpose.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain the account and content while it is active. After a valid deletion request, we delete or anonymize operational data within a reasonable period, except billing, fraud-prevention, or compliance records we must retain.
6. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or information about processing and may cancel your subscription. We will honor mandatory rights applicable in your country and may verify your identity first.
7. Cookies and security
We use essential authentication and security cookies. Your browser keeps the campaign link or website that brought you here in its local storage for up to 30 days and sends it once when you create an account. On the public pages we use the Meta pixel, which writes the "_fbp" and "_fbc" cookies so a visit can be matched to the ad that brought it. Our server tells Meta about the visit, the account creation, and the purchase; your email and account identifier always travel as an irreversible code, never as readable text. You can limit that use in your Meta account ad settings or by blocking those cookies in your browser. We do not use third-party analytics. We use RLS, credential separation, and access controls; no system removes every risk.
8. Changes and children
Qoorvo is intended for people aged 18 or older. We may update this policy and will show the current date; material changes will receive reasonable notice.
