These terms govern your use of Qoorvo International at qoorvo.com. By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you accept these terms.
1. The service
Qoorvo creates carousels, Stories, and scripts with artificial intelligence using your brand information. You must review AI-generated output, adapt it, and approve it before publishing.
2. Account and eligibility
You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Plans and billing
Start and Pro are offered as a recurring subscription billed monthly or yearly. A yearly plan provides twelve months of access for the equivalent of ten monthly payments. Stripe shows the amount, currency, and billing interval before confirmation.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel future renewals through the Stripe portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Started periods and consumed credits are not prorated, without limiting refunds required by law or corrections for duplicate, incorrect, or unrecognized charges.
5. Content and acceptable use
You retain rights in content you submit and generate, subject to third-party rights. You may not use Qoorvo for fraud, spam, illegal content, impersonation, intellectual-property violations, or attempts to bypass limits or security controls.
6. Artificial intelligence
AI results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to other material and are not professional advice. You are responsible for checking facts, rights, and suitability before publishing.
7. Availability and liability
We do not promise reach, sales, or commercial results. We may maintain, change, or suspend features to protect the service. These limitations do not exclude mandatory consumer rights.
8. Governing law and changes
We may update these terms with reasonable notice for material changes. Brazilian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer law applicable based on your residence.
